About this

I work in the financial markets industry. For nearly two decades I have worked with people running trading venues, clearing houses, banks and hedge funds around the world. I have worked at a start up, lived through it being acquired and worked for a very large global corporation. I get to work with the full spectrum of org structures; CEOs to interns, and of course, consultants!

I lived most of my life in Sri Lanka. A couple of years in New York (you’d know if you spoke to me for five minutes.) Now in London.

Bringing order out of chaos best describes my work. I know a lot of others do this as well, even if they don’t think of it that way. A big part of this blog is to engage with these chaos cowboys.

I will write about other things too. You will see.
